are a not-for-profit, non-government group providing input
to improve all aspects of the journey taken by those experiencing
breast cancer.
Our goal is to strive for excellence in the provision of information
and support to women and their families throughout their journey.
We respect the dignity and diversity of women and actively
seek their input into all aspects of information provision,
service delivery, support, research required. |

WHAT
WE DO |
The
Breast Cancer Action Group is dedicated to: |
- improving
the experience of those undergoing treatment for breast
cancer.

- ensuring
access to the highest quality treatment services for people
with breast cancer, regardless of their geographical location,
social and/or economic status or stage of disease.
|
- providing
a forum for women and men to share their experience of
breast cancer.
|
- promoting
and contributing to research into the cause, prevention
and optimal treatments of breast cancer.
|
- encouraging
those with experience of breast cancer to contribute to
all levels of decision-making about this disease.
